Hinkley Professional Services Group launches new website

PSG NewThe Hinkley Professional Services Group (Hinkley PSG) has launched a new website www.hinkleypsg.co.uk  to provide much needed support, guidance and signposting for businesses in the South West and beyond which are interested in winning contracts at Hinkley Point C.

The Hinkley Professional Services Group (PSG) was formed in 2017. It is a collection of businesses that have either direct experience of advising businesses or consortia already involved in the Hinkley Point C project, or relevant transferrable experience. Membership of the group includes law firms, accountancy practices, finance companies and brokers, insurers, human resource and project management specialists and selected collaborators. The Hinkley PSG is endorsed by the Hinkley Supply Chain and supported by Hinkley Point C.

Following a review of how the Hinkley PSG could better support businesses wanting to bid, win and successfully deliver contracts a new Hinkley PSG Board was created which includes A2O People, Clarke Willmott LLP, Pardoes Solicitors LLP, Poolbridge Accountancy Limited and Wessex Commercial Solutions, supported by an additional nine members and specialist collaborators.

Graham Potts, Chair of the Hinkley PSG, said: “The overriding principle is that members of the Hinkley PSG, who have all been carefully selected, are collaborative and provide valued experience. All members are committed to share best practice through case studies, videos, workshops, and information sheets along with initial free consultations.

“Over the last few months, the new Board has been working hard behind the scenes and I am delighted to announce the launch of the new website www.hinkleypsg.co.uk created by Somerset-based The Design Hive. The website will certainly help support businesses interested in taking advantage of opportunities at Hinkley Point C.”

The new website was created by Highbridge-based company The Design Hive and Melanie Downing, Creative Director said she was pleased to have been able to support the Hinkley PSG:  “We are passionate about helping to support businesses achieve their dreams, which matches the vision and objectives of the Hinkley PSG. It was a pleasure to work in partnership with the Hinkley PSG Board who provided a clear brief to create their new website. I would certainly recommend businesses looking to win contracts at Hinkley Point C to have a look at their website to see how they can help.”
